Since joining ELAARSON, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including heavy industrials (shipbuilding, steel and electric systems) and consumer products. Before joining, Rajesh worked in healthcare, education, research, load testing, military, and power management. When not hacking, Rajesh can be found riding his road bike, nerding out in the kitchen, camping, or goofing around with his kids.

She is a problem solver and an optimizer. She is always looking for alternate routes to take. Reema spends her free time hiking or skiing the mountains, depending on the season. When it's rainy, she enjoys board games with friends.
